Every Sunday, Citizen’s Daily Brief produces a Weekly Assessment — a longer-form analytical product that steps back from the day-to-day cycle.
The Weekly Assessment looks at the week’s briefs as a whole, identifying patterns and connections that aren’t visible in any single day’s brief:
The Daily Brief answers: what matters today and why? The Weekly Assessment answers: what did this week mean, and what should we be watching?
It runs 4,000–6,000 words — roughly a 15–20 minute read. It is a single, continuous document rather than a collection of discrete items.
The Weekly Assessment is published every Sunday. Subscribe to CDB Pro to read it. A single Apple ID entitles you on iOS and the web.
